This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between you ("User" or "You") and us ("Service Provider" or "We") regarding the use of our VPN service. By using our VPN service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with this Agreement, we are unable to provide service for you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with a secure and efficient internet connection. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the service to ensure you fully understand and agree to all terms.
Our VPN service is designed to provide a secure and private internet connection, safeguarding your online privacy and protecting your personal data. By using our VPN, you can encrypt your internet traffic and prevent unauthorized monitoring of your online activities.
We offer premium VPN subscription services to unlock global high-speed nodes, unlimited bandwidth, and an ad-free experience. Two subscription tiers are available:
The prices above are indicative and may vary by region. The final price, currency, and applicable taxes displayed at checkout by Google Play are authoritative. Since this app does not require account registration, your subscription privileges are linked to your Google Play account and the device currently in use.
New subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial on their first subscription. The following terms apply to the free trial:
All subscription fees are charged through the Google Play Billing System. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via the "Subscriptions" settings in the Google Play Store (Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that uninstalling the app does not automatically terminate your subscription. Since no registration system is provided, subscriptions may not be recoverable across different platforms or different Google accounts.
Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play platform and are subject to Google Play's refund policies. To request a refund, visit Google Play Help.
Prohibition of Bandwidth Abuse: To ensure a stable and high-speed connection experience for all users, we implement a Fair Usage Policy. You shall not use the Service in any manner that may impair the quality of service or maliciously consume excessive server bandwidth. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: (i) continuous large-scale peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing or high-speed downloading; (ii) using the Service to conduct Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks; (iii) employing automated scripts or bots to abnormally consume resources. If we detect malicious bandwidth abuse associated with your account (or Device ID), we reserve the right to throttle your connection speed, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice and without refund.
You agree to use the VPN service solely for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to:

We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to not logging your browsing activities or any content you access through our VPN service. However, to improve the quality of our services, ensure the stability of your VPN connection, and integrate with our advertising partners and third-party attribution services, we and our third-party service providers may collect certain data.

We retain different categories of data for different periods, based on operational necessity and legal obligation:

We do not log your specific online activity, such as browsing history or DNS requests. After the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized. For the full data-handling policy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide a reliable service; however, due to factors beyond our control (such as equipment failure or network issues), there may be temporary interruptions. We are not responsible for such interruptions but will make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible.
Subscription Term: Your access to the Service remains valid throughout the subscription period paid via Google Play.
User Cancellation: You may disable auto-renewal at any time through the subscription management page in Google Play. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms (including but not limited to bandwidth abuse, illegal activities, or fraud).
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the software. As this is a no-registration service, please ensure you save any necessary information before the termination takes effect.
Currently, our VPN offers a basic free service (ad-supported) that requires no payment to use. We also provide a premium subscription service to unlock faster nodes, unlimited bandwidth, and an ad-free experience.
While we aim to provide the highest level of privacy protection and data security, we cannot guarantee 100% security. We are not responsible for any data breaches or damage caused by external factors or unforeseen circumstances, such as hacking or government intervention.
All content related to the service, including but not limited to software, interface design, trademarks, and logos, is the property of the Service Provider or licensed entities and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without authorization.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 60 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC) Rules, with the arbitration seat in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the service after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. Effective date: April 17, 2026.
